Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund for the order amount (including any taxes and shipping charges) to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation after Shipment
Once your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
You may still attempt to cancel your order by contacting us as mentioned above. However, if the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to stop the delivery.
If your order is successfully canceled after shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
